Terms and conditions

1. Entrants who register their details with photoGuard between 1^st April 2024 and 30^th April 2024 will be automatically entered into the free prize draw.
2. Entrants will each be assigned a unique number, with numbers being drawn at random to decide the winner.
3. The winner will be chosen by 6^th May 2024.
4. Within 3 days of the winner being chosen, the winner will be contacted once using the email address provided.
5. Prize must be claimed within 14 days of being notified. If there is no response within 14 days of the winner being notified, another winner will be chosen at random.
6. The prizes are one £1000 worth of Wex gift vouchers.
7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash or other prizes.
8. We retain the right to substitute the prize for one of similar value.
9. Only one entry per person is permitted.
10. Entrants are not permitted to enter on someone else’s behalf.
11. Entry is in line with the rules
12. The winner may be asked by photoGuard if they wish to take part and co-operate with any publicity events taking place in conjunction with this competition including giving consent to their photograph being used for publicity purposes.
13. Prize draw is only available to UK-based students.
14. Prize draw is only available to UK residents aged 18 and over.
15. Entry into the photoGuard competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
16. The prize draw is governed by English Law.
17. The promoter is Thistle Insurance Services Limited, Southgate House, Southgate Street, Gloucester GL1 1UB. photoGuard is a trading style of Thistle Insurance Services Limited.
18. Prize draw not open to employees of Thistle Insurance Services Limited or any other part of PIB Group Limited, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
19. By providing your contact details you consent to be contacted by us (in line with our Privacy Policy)
20. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We will use this data to notify you if you have a won prize and to communicate with you about our products and services. You can unsubscribe from any of our communications by clicking the relevant link in the emails and can withdraw consent or request the removal of your data from our systems by contacting dpo@pib-insurance.com.
