Terms and conditions
- By purchasing a photoGuard insurance policy (a trading style of Thistle Insurance Services Limited) between 17th November and 5th December 2025, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
- Only 1 entry per person is permitted.
- Applies to new photoGuard policies only.
- Prize draw is only available to individuals aged 18 and over and who are resident in the UK.
- Entrants are not permitted to enter on someone else’s behalf.
- Entry must be in line with the competition rules.
- No responsibility will be taken for lost/delayed entries.
- The prize draw closes at midnight on Friday 5th December and after this date no more entries will be permitted.
- Entrants will each be assigned a unique number, with 3 numbers being drawn at random to decide the winners.
- The 3 winners will be selected at random for all eligible entries by 9th December 2025.
- Within 3 days of the winners being chosen, the 3 winners will be contacted once using the email address provided on their policy.
- Prize must be claimed within 14 days of being notified. If there is no response within 14 days of the winners being notified, another winner will be chosen at random.
- There are 3 prizes on offer – 1 x £200 WEX voucher and 2 x £50 WEX vouchers.
- The prizes, which are WEX vouchers, are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- WEX vouchers are subject to WEX’s voucher terms and conditions.
- We retain the right to substitute the prizes for one of similar value.
- Thistle Insurance Services reserve the right to change or cancel the terms of the prize at any time.
- Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We know that accidents can happen. That’s why we will protect you against third party damage or injury claims (excludes drone use and any liability incident in North America).
Optional extras for your camera
Global Travel - 30 days of travel cover not enough? If you’re away with work or if you’re planning a worldwide adventure, you can extend your policy to include 365 days of global travel cover plus additional travel benefits.
£5m or £10m Public Liability - Extend your Public Liability cover and get protection for you and those who assist you in photography or filming against third party damage or injury claims. Cover does not apply in North America.
Mechanical Breakdown - It’s frustrating if your camera breaks down outside its warranty. Our breakdown option will cover faulty kit that's up to five years old and owned from new. Excludes drones and technology items.
